Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is the Australian Road Safety Foundation (ARSF) ABN 65 145 026 928 of Suite 13, 3990 Pacific Highway, Loganholme QLD 4129.

By entering this promotion, “RSF Hot Laps Virtual Lucky Seat Promotion”, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 1^st August 2026 until 12 noon Sunday 23^rd August 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over who purchase an ARSF Virtual Seat during the Promotion Period.

Must be able to attend on Wednesday the 26th of August at Qld Raceway from 8.30am to 10.30am.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of ARSF, Supercars, event operators and prize suppliers involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.

ARSF reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age and eligibility and may disqualify any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants will automatically receive one entry for each ARSF Virtual Seat purchased during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must provide accurate contact details. ARSF is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted because incorrect contact information was supplied.

5. Prize Details

Winners will receive two Hot Lap Experiences on Wednesday the 26th of August at Qld Raceway from 8.30am to 10.30am.

The winner’s group on the day of the HOT LAP has been allocated to Group 2. Arrival at the Team 18 garage by 8:30am on the day for sign in and suit fitting. Your ride will take place between 9:30am – 10:30am. The winner must be able to fulfil the requirements as set out in section 7 HOT LAP Experience Terms and Conditions.

If the event is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances and is cancelled, the experience will be forfeited. For avoidance of doubt, the HOT LAP Experience is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The prize must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter.

Total Prize Pool Value:

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes do not include travel, accommodation, meals, parking, insurance, or personal expenses.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible ARSF Virtual Seat purchasers.

The draw will be conducted at 12noon on Sunday 23rd August 2026. The winner will be notified in person or on mobile supplied during the purchase of their virtual seat.

There will be one draw only. No redraws will be made if the winner does not claim their prize when called at 12 noon on Sunday 23rd August 2026.

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to reasonable publicity associated with the promotion including photography, filming and winner announcements.

ARSF, relevant supplier or the Promoter, and event operators may refuse participation in any experience if a participant fails to comply with safety instructions or behaves in a manner that may endanger themselves or others.

The winners must be able to attend on Wednesday the 26th of August at Qld Raceway from 8.30am to 10.30am.

If the event is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances and cancelled, the experience will be forfeited. For avoidance of doubt, the Experience is non-transferable and non-refundable.

An unclaimed prize will be forfeited due to time constraints required by the relevant supplier or the Promoter hot lap organisers.

7. HOT LAP Experience Terms and Conditions

Participation in any Hot Lap or Supercars experience is subject to the requirements of relevant supplier or the Promoter, Supercars, venue operators and ARSF.

Participants are required to sign waivers, consent and other forms and must comply with all safety instructions.

For safety reasons, certain personal items may not be permitted during the experience.

If an experience is cancelled, or altered due to weather, operational requirements or circumstances beyond ARSF’s control, ARSF may modify, the prize where reasonably necessary.

Winners and guest must complete and sign the FORMS provided by organisers. There will be a minimum of 3 forms to be completed, signed and provided to organisers on the day of the HOT LAP.  These are:

• Passenger Ride Entry Form
• Team 18 Exclusion of Liability/Release Form
• Team 18 Terms of Ride Participation Acknowledgement Form

The winner’s group will be Group 2. Please arrive at the Team 18 garage at 8:30am on the day for sign in and suit fitting. Your ride will take place between 9:30am – 10:30am.

Please note the following points are very important.

By arriving on the day, we assume you have carefully read and comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

• Participants MUST be over 18 years of age (due to the circuit insurance conditions under 18s cannot participate).
• Please note that due to cabin and seat restrictions, participants must be no taller than 180cm and weigh no more than 95kgs and be maximum 38inch pant size.
• Clothing should include fully covered footwear such as trainers or ankle boots. No work boots, sandals, thongs or high-heeled shoes.
• There are no change room facilities at track, and you will be required to put your race suit on overtop of your clothes. We would recommend wearing long-sleeved top and trousers.
• Invitation is non-transferable and is intended for the invited guest only.
• We are very strict on these conditions, not only for your safety but to ensure low risk of damage to the car. You must advise ARSF and/or a promotional supplier if you know you do not meet these requirements.
• Must be able to attend on Wednesday the 26th of August at Qld Raceway from 8.30am to 10.30am
• If the event is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances and cancelled, the experience will be forfeited. For avoidance of doubt, the experience is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Guest: The HOT LAP winner/ Passengers may be accompanied by a guest at the ride day who will need to wait outside the garage.

A record of your day: where possible, you will take home a USB with video footage from your ride, and we will also have a photographer on the day to snap a picture of you in the race car; photos will be uploaded to a file sharing platform with a link shared to all guests following the ride day.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners and deliver prizes. Information may be shared with event operators or prize suppliers where required to facilitate prize fulfilment and will be handled in accordance with ARSF’s Privacy Policy.

9. General

ARSF reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries and modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned.

To the extent permitted by law, ARSF accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter and prize suppliers accept no responsibility of the activities included in the prize are abandoned, postponed or cancelled due to any reason outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for their companions and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, the winner or any or all of their companions if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
